Sustainability efforts have been limited to minimizing harm—reducing carbon emissions, conserving energy, and cutting waste.
However, for companies to truly address the overlapping crises of climate change, equity, and justice, simply being less harmful isn’t enough. We need to contribute positively to ecosystems, communities, and social impact. What we need is the Regenerative Approach.

MEET OUR TEAM
BRIAN HO
Brian founded Flowmarq with a vision to add sustainable value to organizations committed to re-inventing themselves. He believes that newness begins in our imagination, and storytelling is how ideas germinate.
Brian co-founded Ascalade Communications Inc (TSX:ACG) in 2000 as vice president of business development. This multi-disciplinary role included directing all commercial and sales activities, strategic partnership management, as well as product management across three global offices. During his six year tenure, Brian is responsible for accumulated sales exceeding USD375mil.
Before joining Ascalade Technologies in 1999, he worked in equipment engineering at Clearnet Communications (subsequently acquired by TELUS Mobility in 2000). He was part of the original team involved in the West Coast deployment of Canada’s first CD MA PCS network.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Christian Studies in Marketplace Theology at Regent College. He is an alumnus of MIT executive centre on Design Thinking.
